A sample 8-hour route

Your guide adjusts the order to traffic, the time of day and what you want to see. A typical day:

1. Pickup at DXB. Meet your guide in arrivals after immigration.
2. Old Dubai. Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood, an abra ride across Dubai Creek, then the Gold and Spice Souks.
3. A meal stop at a local restaurant you choose (paid locally; not included).
4. Jumeirah and the coast. Jumeirah Mosque from outside, photo stops at the Burj Al Arab and on Palm Jumeirah.
5. Downtown Dubai. The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall area. Going up the Burj Khalifa or visiting another attraction is optional and paid separately.
6. Return to DXB with a buffer, dropped at your departure terminal.

Can I leave Dubai airport during a layover?

Yes, if your passport lets you enter the UAE (visa-free, visa on arrival, or with a visa you arranged before you fly) and your layover is long enough. As a rough guide you need about five hours or more: allow around three hours in total for immigration on arrival and for check-in and security before your next flight. Indian passport holders can get a visa on arrival if their passport is valid for 6+ months and they hold a US visa or Green Card, a UK or EU visa or residence permit, or a residence permit from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea or Singapore, valid for at least 6 more months. Without a way to enter the UAE you must stay airside. We don't arrange visas. Rules can change, so check ICP (icp.gov.ae), GDRFA Dubai and your airline before you fly.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight, so your guide adjusts to the real landing time. If a delay shortens your free time, we shorten the route so you still get back to the airport with a safe buffer.
